Cascades Life: The Dining Experience

The Cascades County Club prides itself on its service-oriented hospitality to members and guests, and in no area is that approach more pronounced than in dining options.

 

Cindi Featherston-Shields, your community expert in all things related to The Cascades, takes a look at two of those options – the elegant Bellwood Dining Room and The Mahogany Bar.

 

The Bellwood Dining Room offers sumptuous dishes designed by executive chef Brett Keckeisen. The menu caters to a variety of tastes, from the gourmet to family-friendly, and patrons have the option of dining inside or sitting out on the patio, which overlooks Hole #1 of the golf course and the beautiful Lake Bellwood.

 

For those who desire drinks and snacks, there is the gorgeous Mahogany Bar, next to the Bellwood Dining Room. The Mahogany Bar offers local, craft, and domestic beers, cocktails, and wines. While drinking, patrons can watch TV sports entertainment.

 

More casual dining is available at The Blue Heron Grill, which offers lakeside dining with both indoor and outdoor options.
