“You can’t do today’s job with yesterday’s methods and be in business tomorrow.”
– George W Bush
From the moment you step through the doors of The Property Shoppe, The Cindi Featherston Group, you realize something is different from any other real estate office. At 422 S. Broadway, the iconic cottage is located in the growing and revitalized downtown Tyler area.“The kitchen is the heart of any home, says Cindi, “and our office home is no exception.” Guests warmly greeted in the comfortable living room discover a gourmet kitchen just beyond! In fact, each Wednesday at 11:30, The Property Shoppe hosts their popular “Cooking and Connecting” lunches. Clients and guests are treated to a home-cooked meal, prepared right before their eyes by their own in-house chef. Amid lively conversation, this networking opportunity results in the development of new friendships. This is Cindi’s and her dedicated staff’s way of reaching out to the community and sharing two of their biggest loves — delicious food and real estate!
This innovative concept is one about which Cindi is very proud. “Many Realtors and their offices are transaction-based, focusing on the sheer number of transactions per year. At The Property Shoppe, we pride ourselves on being relationship-based – focused on interactions. We are 100% committed to building lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients.” This approach and vision provide for a fresh environment and an exciting business process for her agents – producing client service that is unequaled.
Cindi and her agents also work with the National Association of Expert Advisers. In fact, each of her experienced agents is encouraged to work to attain his or her Expert Advisor certification as both Buyer and Seller’s Agents. This dedication and support for continued education and personal growth truly set The Property Shoppe apart from other agencies.
Cindi has been selling real estate in Tyler and East Texas for more than 25 years and is the Exclusive Agent for The Stretford at The Cascades, a beautiful condominium high-rise in Tyler. The Property Shoppe led and inspired by Cindi, is often at the heart of local fundraisers. Chairman of the SPCA of East Texas, Cindi and her staff dedicated countless hours serving and raising funds that resulted in a brand new Tyler adoption center in 2017. They are continuing to raise funds to benefit the building of the new SPCA of East Texas Complex. In 2013, she organized W.A.G.S., a fundraising arm of the non-profit organization instrumental in the opening of the temporary shelter on Old Bullard Road. Each of her agents is involved in a variety of non-profit efforts and as a group is committed to giving back to the Tyler community.
The Property Shoppe Foundation, Cindi’s personal fundraising organization builds upon the philanthropy with which she has been involved for the past several years. Three local non-profit organizations will be selected each year as beneficiaries.
“This is our way of giving back to the East Texas community that has supported us over the years by entrusting their real estate needs to The Property Shoppe.”
